@Seth Rose I strongly recommend you find the best cash flowing property possible and buy it with financing out of the gates, rather than go the BRRR route. 1.

The market is moving, people want to own real estate, and buyers are out there.It all comes down to marketing and pricing.If your product isn’t moving, it’s time to reassess: 1) Are you getting as many eyes as possible on your product?

Again, possible, but things do start to get expensive.

Of course I want to minimize as much of the inconveniences possible with such a situation but some is inevitable.
