I wondered if the fact I was able to rent it so easily meant I was bathing to little but I also am in a college town full of young married couples and it’s fairly close to the university here so maybe it is at market rent Iran Justin in a great area

Not sure how familiar you are with the area, but there is a state college right up the road (Bloomsburg University) and a very big hospital (Geisinger) that employs much of the area nearby too.

Make sure the property is near areas that have Universities, Hospitals, or Big tech companies so that you will always have tenants.
