I am not a lawyer and you should seek professional legal advice on this.But from my experience, property tax liens do survive the foreclosure process and take precedence over any other lien in Ohio.

@Theresa Harris I did tell them in the letter that they have until X to respond and reminded them with a text message the day after it was due back but I did not write that otherwise i would assume they are terminating in the letter.

Your repair budget won't survive one modestly poor tenant turn, but your vacancy is a bit high so that could come out in the wash.
