The other thing is that if you tried to Evict a month by month tenant like you described with your type of "Lease" here in Tampa, the Judge could have you arrested for breaking the Florida law or fine you and let the tenant stay there forever.

Remember to have your cell phone handy when he shows up, alone, and have your friend there to take pictures as you shove and swear at him, who does not have a witness, in order to provoke your landlord into reacting violently against you in any way that touches your person so you can call the Police and have him arrested for Battery.

They could offer you a deal to move out (no fee for breaking lease etc) or they could non renew the original person once the lease is up.I know some states (like MO) have routes to evict for drugs that don't require arrests... but I'd assume some level of proof is needed (more than  complaint).
