Let them know your income situation, but don't let them pull your credit, if they dislike your income.If you can get a local bank on your side, it will be cheaper and easier than dealing with the rehab lenders.

After all, if a lady who has never seen the cabinets likes or dislikes them, you will know if your prospective buyer will like it (if a new family).
