Their defense may be that they don't have to disclose hearsay, your telling them doesn't constitute a deficiency existing.

The buyer's home inspector also highlighted about 2 dozen deficient areas where the roofer performed substandard work.In a more positive light, he seems like he's working to fix it fast, now that his license is on the line.I think you're right, I suppose I did get what I paid for @Manolo D. what a nightmare this is turning out to be.
