Based on thousands of actual court cases, the lender loses any monies paid toward the home to the buyer and the home to the buyer, not to mention sanctions, penalties, and fines.It is all well and good to believe the risk is worth the return, but actual regulatory actions and court cases prove the smaller operations get run over for a lack of money to defend themselves.

Unless an answer is filed a certain way you (the plaintiff) don't have to be there if you have an attorney and even then you can ask your attorney to contact you if the tenant/defendant actually appears in those instances.
