I invested in it, and it was an interesting alternative RE investment platform.

I don't know-but like I said something felt off here, if the intent here was to pass it off to his buyers..Plus,Im unsure that hell even market it properly on the company social media platform unless he has no choice.. if hell first privately contact all his buyers first...There weren't any agents around to chat with-the few that there are work remotely. 

I would encourage you to start advertising yourself as a local investor on every social media platform you have access to.

I would recommend listing the car on Turo's platform and not having the car in the lease. 

Hey @Tom Pubins - I would highly suggest using www.hemlane.com they syndicate to many different sites and have a very clean platform to manage tenant screening.

Probably best to go local on this for someone to be on the ground and really understand the property and project from the lending side, rather than a national platform

But also note there is a wrinkle in that if investing in Las Vegas, the state of Nevada is the rare state with pretty strict regulations and licensing requirements for DSCR, so a lot of national platforms don't lend DSCR in Nevada.
