in order to sell the things that John brown buys ,you have to see things through John browns eyes .

A hint of gray is OK but I rather go with a light or dark brown matte.Lots of natural light go dark it will make the room pop.

@Sarah Brown Is the lease not a “jointly and severally” termed lease?

The property we bought with a major smoke smell also, besides the walls and flooring discussed above,  had to have the ceiling replaced and the windows were cleaned to remove the brown slime.
