Greetings fellow investors, does anyone own anything in the 14621 zip particularly E Ridge rd?

Looking at Timber Ridge Lodge (Lake Geneva Wi) for a condo investment, what appears to be nice is they do all the work and  still claim 7-9 percent return.

If you are looking in the City follow the City Worker neighborhoods down there like Garfield Ridge and Mt Greenwood.

It will be a huge help with contractors if they see that you know what a sofit is or a jam or a ridge beam.

As for the parking situation and future tenants, I have a two family house hack in Glen Ridge that is on a main road with only two parking spaces available.

@Timothy Aughinbaugh   have not personally done anything with B2R  but have had clients .reports are mixed.. underwriting is pretty ridged and of course your not going to buy a property for 50k then get an arv appraisal and they will lend you 100%.. they will look to back off of equity from actual cash in..

The neighborhoods we've looked into so far have been mostly BedStuy, Crown Heights, Lefferts Gardens, Ditmas Park, Bay Ridge, Forest Hills, Sunnyside,and Woodside.

I have a friend who got one for high 100s in 2011 REO in the midst of a Great Recession outside of Dodge Ridge.
