As others previously stated on this thread, ease of access throughout the Tri-state area by car and CVG paired with larger companies like Amazon, P&G, Kroger, etc. make it an attractive area for RE investment.

I wanted to get a second pair of eyes on these properties to see if what they are quoting me is accurate and also to learn more about the Kansas City, MO market.

If you wanted to pair some other software together Zapier might be helpful as well. 

@Kayla Collura , as @Dan Maciejewski mentioned, it's a very competitive market currently but considering the avg. nightly rates paired with high occupancy rates, a lot of properties can still work as an STR.

Or find someone with a buyers list that you can pair up with so that you at least get a part of the pie rather than none of it.  

I have a pair of duplex’s built in the 70’s both with aluminum wiring.

The other pair of hookups go to our meters on the first floor.

You can then fit the king sized comforters with zero issue.At our home we have a pair of Maytag Epic Z that are about 15 years old and they are working great.

Partnerships help, pair up with a money person while you do the leg work.
