You can get CD rates at local banks or credit unions at around the same rate too. 

If you’re looking to finance a mobile home park I would first ask the seller if he or she would be willing to carry the paper, if not, then call all the credit unions and banks in a 20 mike radius of the park.

Credit unions can be a good source to explore.

(possible everyone else knows about this but was new to me)   NASA Federal credit union has some interesting. 

I just got a new job in New York City (1 1/2 hour commute each way) working in a union as an ornamental iron worker.

A number of the credit unions allow cash advances with out a fee. 

It's Arkansas so it's non-union and I can always find crews but I want to do it right. 

Other banks and credit unions may offer a similar product.

I've already spoken to some lenders and credit unions basically just saying "this is what I want to do".
