IE you may personally like one business over another or find you just hate running a mobile home park.Having gone through the steps to buy a part of a mobile home park, and own a decent sized SFR portfolio, went to 2 MF boot camps, 1 MHP boot camp, took Scott Meyers self storage training and oddly have listed to a talk by a property manager of shared workspace.

I've been considering a seasonal work space/investment property in New York for some time (currently, West Coast primary residence w/ multiple properties in-state) and after several visits and much research, I've drifted towards the Lower East Side over Dunbo/Harlem after discovering lots of exciting projects under development in the area.

So when that happens, which I believe it will, and the opportunity for remote work, whether at home or in shared workspaces like WeWork, becomes more popular, which it is, I believe people will look for more affordable houses and those will be in the areas I mentioned due to the proximity to the rest of LA and it's restaurants, nightlife, shopping etc which is basically the same you'd find in Santa Monica, sans the ocean.And if more people come, say foreign money, people are right that they'll want to move to the coastal areas, buying for cash, like they have in NYC.

It takes longer to do the setup then it takes to complete the job. they have to seal the entire work space with plastic and tape all the seams.
