Its 2022, we've all seen carrot automated workflows.

Tried Stessa and don't really feel it's granular enough for how I like to do my bookkeeping.Can anyone share their process/workflow?

I want a near-automated work flow from acquiring tenant, signing leases, ongoing maintenance, cleanup, etc so that i can own as many properties as humanly possible without hiring on managers and the like. 

Heh, even my software has to do with building - I design software for inspectional departments to track their workflow...

You can set up workflow and everything else where the gear icon is.

All these systems are useless unless you build a workflow that you understand and that fits into your business model.
