I've never seen these in person.But some things I'd think about would be the service life regarding clarity, fogging between the widows and fire resistance (as windows are considered and used as fire exits in an emergency).

I was widowed earlier this you and had my whole life turned upside down in and instant now that I'm a single father I want nothing more than to get out of the rat race of my 9-5 in order to have more time with my daughter in these younger years (she's 9).

This house had been owned outright by the IRS for over 10 years due to unpaid income taxes, and surprisingly part of the agreement between the original owner (an elderly widow woman) and the IRS was that she was able to live in the home until her death (I don’t think the IRS expected her to live so long!)

But with the widow's interest deeded to you, getting clear title should be easier. 

The owner is a widow and her husband was the one that really ran the operation before.Everything else you mentioned makes sense.
