Visit a lot of job sites and get to know who the more experienced investors use and then find a less experienced investor who needs that connection….you now are the one with the knowledge and all it took was a little bit of hustle.  

We'll go visit a couple times between February-April and move date in May(?). 

Good for you Zack,Get out and visit as many properties as you can in your target area and you'll begin to get a sense seeping in as to what feels like a possible deal.

I completely agree that due diligence is important and everybody should know who they are buying from.I find it very important to visit a developer’s previous and ongoing projects while doing due diligence.

I will be doing some lender shopping next month when I visit a few local banks.

I would just go visit as many as I could and speak to their commercial lending people.

It can not visit a website and determine using emotions and logic and user intent to see which website is good.So it uses a mathematical scoring formula that will score certain metric and then at the end, it adds up all these metrics to assign a score to a website for a specific key phrase.Let me give you an example.Back in the day when we didn't have all the fancy technology in cars, you needed to go 20 MPH to take a bend in the road because of the limited suspension technology etc. etc.

They appeared to have an incredibly high demand for properties (they had over 50 under renovation at the time of my visit) as a result of Maverick's webinars and recommendations so there's got to be someone (or multiple folks) on here who have purchased from them.  

I am wanting to visit a few of the other groups in our area, but haven't decided what group or what time I need to try out next.Hope you find what your looking for and hopefully we'll see each other around and help each other out as we learn the biz.- Kevin
