So maybe learn from the Asians who happily live with much less stuff and don't resort to violent crime because of lifestyle mistakes you made as an adult?

Myself or my partner was going to the Police station next week to file a report since they are temporarily not sending out Police unless a violent crime against a person happened.

When a tenant gets violent/threatening, call the police. 

Their lease states the tenant agrees to remove any animal who displays violent behavior.

Im not proud of it but unfortunately i have a criminal history from my past.Drug charges only,no sex offenses,no theft,no violent crimes.I reside in newjersey and my question is will my criminal history affect me from trying to get my real estate liscence?

It is no different of an abused child growing up to have violent tendencies.

That said, a woman is at greatest risk when, or shortly after, she leaves a violent relationship - statistics and the research at John Hopkins backs this fact ... as does my wife, who has worked in the field for many years.
