Most don’t have smartphones or other gadgets.

It doesn't matter what new shiny golden gadgets you use, how amazing your CRM system is or what ever else you use.

The planning commission is limiting the commercial we could put in- no vape shops, adult bookstores, etc... 

Looking at the landlord prohibited uses list below, toward the end of the list we have 'smoking or vape store' as being prohibited so I am wondering if a cigar shop is the same as smoking shop, therefore we can't lease to a cigar shop? 

The contract states no smoking indoors but does not specifically call out vaping.  

I would also make sure they have a comfy chair for watching TV, and a chair or two outside for them to sit if they smoke or vape or want to enjoy nature.  

To top it off this home was equipped with all sorts of gadgets to classify it as a smart home.

Both are legal here but in our lease, it states that its a non-smoking/vaping/drug-use building, which they signed.

I told them knock yourself out with all these new gadgets LOL.PS - in my head, I was also thinking if they want to survive doomsday brought about by Biden/Harris, they ought to lose some weight first...
