The utter stupidity astounds me!

I've seen both fees mentioned repeatedly in articles here, usually in the context of "when they hand me the application, I collect [both fees] IN CASH at that time"... that's why I had the impressions that I had.So I'll chill out (something I'm not all that good at!)
