A good investment agent should know to ask the right questions as they strive to the understand an investors investment criteria.An agent needs to have a clue as to what might be a good investment in order to actually assist in the investing process.

Like if you wish to continue donate $10…The other regarding asking for a mentor is true but also you need to know specifically what you believe in what you want to do and have a sold education on it - if you have no clue and no vocabulary, the quality mentor you get will not be what you probably are looking for.

No clue, my guess would be no since they have accepted the return of the deposit, but check with a real estate lawyer in your state because I'm just guessing here.
