When fewer owners are trading/selling/buying, markets flat line or tumble.

Apparently the neighbor was trying to go one direction and turned the handles the other which flipped the Bobcat and it went tumbling down the hill with him inside of it.My friend and another guy raced down and pulled the 300lb neighbor out of the Bobcat as there was a smell of a gas leak and it might have exploded.Apparently the neighbor driving the Bobcat was not wearing any head gear for the ears.

there are different ways to "interview" the landlord.. you can ask if they had washer and drier and match it with what they said. you can also ask how long they have been there, or just things that friends and "companies" wont know. there are tons of "trip" questions.

McK ya make sure the heat pump is evacuated properly, drier installed, correctly charged, airflow checked, coils all clean, motor, blower wheel cleaned and inspected.

Get a great washer and drier, because when you're busy, you're going to be doing a lot of laundry.We do a two night minimum. 

In the spring, I evicted one tenant (clean up was a mess) and had to get a washer/drier for another and I forget what else happened.

With the correction that is taking place and with Covid, I guess I just wonder if high unemployment will tumble prices back to this price point. 

I encourage you to go into this plan eyes wide open that the housing prices could tumble here as we continue to move through uncharted territory, and come up with a strategy to protect that position... 

One little hiccup and the house of cards can come tumbling down.
