In regards to tech, I think we see some more fat trimming in Q1.

Initially it wouldn’t be able to do stairwells or trim (although are solvable problems).

She's got a hoarding problem, but if she can keep it trim or if that's what you consider trim, then that's fine.

In my case, I own a property that they keep trying to bill me for things like grass cutting and trimming shrubs--they claim they are sending property preservation folks to my house often. 

Trim your trees and landscaping. 

I did trim for years but besides that I’m not the most handy guy there is. 

I do a lot of repairs and maintenance myself when I come down in the winter and during the quarters I make the trip, but here's just a sample of things I had to pay for in the last year:Pool screening: $985 (big hailstorm destroyed 13 screens)Irrigation repair: $394Irrigation repair #2: $230Palm trimming (twice: $200Pool light replacement: $950And all of that of course leaves out routine replacement of towels that get left at theme parks, sheets and pillowcases, busted blenders, and a host of other things I can't even think of right now. 

In the past I have repaired rotten siding and window trim with fix-it-all.

Yes there will be surround & trim/ etc finishing required, but it's nothing special or extra challenging.get a few other bids before you decide replacement is "too expensive"  - nothing especially challenging about the surround/walls, trim, tile, finishing, or nearby side walls etc getting done at the same time as a tub.

Built and installed the cabinets, trim work, sanding the stairs, drywall repair/patches, demo, pressure washing, installing new doors, fixtures, etc..
