One thing I've noticed is that it seems on every corner of my town (Phoenix, AZ) there are signs that read something like "Real estate investor seeks trainee, earn while you learn, unlimited income, starting at $120K a year".

. $670 monthly is a bit of money, my concern would be that even if the coach is legit and the training adequate or better, unless the trainee has the determination, desire, and ability to follow through to the end, he/she will likely still fail.So a better question is, are you 100% sure u have these traits and desires?
