You lose all of the control and these are long term investments - but in my experience the returns match what I had on the active real estate and I am hiring professionals to manage the assets.

Let go of what you cannot control, and become a lot more emotionally stable to start investing.

One thing that hasn't been brought up is if you put a property in an LLC, it MAY be subject to California Rent Control, even if it is a single family home.

Which gives me much more control of the money/asset management than just leaving it in the market for alot more years.

They also are thinking of getting a different PM to manage it after they can gain back control but would like advice on doing so.
