One has lasted almost 30 years with thousands of people walking on it annually and the second has been beautiful for 20 years with slightly less traffic.

The house has been on the market but traffic is slow - not sure if this is due to the current environment or something specific I should address within my listing (we've already adjusted the price). 

This gave us a feel of foot traffic, if people hung around certain locations, and any other suspicious activity. 

Seminole for Example has a lot of great traffic and tons of spots to eat, drink, socialize for adults and kids.I know Cape Coral is picking up in terms of STR's with the complettion of the 7 Mile Island and more construction lately.

I only drive on the interstate when I can use my peach pass or you will sit in traffic for hours barely moving.Lots of CA and NY buyers moving away from political views and government changes they do not believe in.

I would think with enough "proof" you could deduct trips/masterminds and all of that This does not work the same as blending into speeding traffic.

Moving to a place with more people might give you more chances to grow, but it could also mean higher costs and more traffic.

That will add a ton of traffic, real estate and tourism which Helps Fort Meyers as well.I am up in Pinellas County by the Gulf beaches but one of my offices in down your way in Miami which has become way to overpriced.
