Thy dump it into the next project and just keep rolling it...I have also seen full time investors that don't have a traditional 9-5 to pay bills take 30% and reinvest the rest.

On the Trulia rentals there are a lot of Nigerians doing this I experienced this where the family is going aboard to college and thy needed to rent the property look out they will send you a fake application and later ask for your bank information.

My only thought was that initially he bought them for himself, and he is experienced, then thy must have been good.This lien has high interest ( Florida) and enough security in the house, but I looked up county clerk records, and there was a recent filing of federal lien.

It is the quit claim deed which from what I am reading needs to be signed and recorded in the county clerk's office of where the property is located.I did speak to a lender and the issue is that if the proceeds are put into our joint account my wife cannot use them as a down payment as thy were not "sourced" from her own money.
