The reason I posted this question is to see if any specific areas could be improved by technology that can help you be better at your business. we don't live in an ideal world, and sometimes the existing tools, may be useful as we are used to using it, but they arent very optimal.The best way to look at it is to see if there are some problem areas that you think if addressed via technology will help you be more efficient and reduce your investment risks. 

My wife and myself are Realtors here in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as well as own and operate a property management company with several cabins.

Most of the properties I am looking at are in pigeon forge area or Sevierville area and not exactly in Gatlinburg.

The more forward-thinking fractional companies are utilizing blockchain technology to automate a lot of the backend to help with this. 

But Will Platt is a bad bad bad guy and currently becoming more and more desperate right now after many foreclosures and I've seen him forge QCD docs on "friends" and take over their house then get a mortgage and take off with the money leaving the legit owners clueless.   

Wanting to lean on some of fellow investors experience when it comes to technology that can help provide leads/ gain some insight into leads.

After 30 or 40 years they still haven’t figured out the technology?
