I can't tell you how many times I go into a nicer area and I'm finding really cheap carpet, fiberglass tub enclosures, no dishwasher, stock cabinets, etc.

That is why so many people simply plant hedges or hang lattice along the length to give an opinion of enclosure without the actual cost.Your mileage may vary... this is just an example of the questions I have had to face in Florida.

I have not found anything that won't fit in the back of my 8 ft bed with the tailgate down, but there have been times a trailer would have been nice.One thing that you could consider to save money: Why not pile everything up in the back yard and then just rent the dump for a couple days (you get two weeks minimum here...)?

I believe that you could have the subpanel be 100 amps as well (may depend on the current box - your electrician would know for sure).Whatever you do, pay attention to the breakers, they are the main equipment expense, the panel enclosure itself is cheap.
