Does any one know if you need a permit to carry a taser or stun gun?

I was just in a neighboring town yesterday and I was stunned to be driving down the main street of the town and there were at least 3-4 for sale signs on every block.

Stunningly, the fake property manager asked me to pay him, or he will sue me in small claims court in California.

But having dome HELOCs with different banks, I can say some will do a full appraisal with interior, some will do a drive-by, and some will do a desktop automated valuation.
