Hand Delivering vs. Mailing/Visa Gift Card finder's fee.

Hi,

Experience with hand delivering letters prospecting for motivated sellers?

Getting started, $500 for 1000 letters is more than I want to spend & potentially could end in no deal. & Walking would do me good.

Anyone offered a finder's fee/$50 gift card on a mailer? Is this going to get Realtor's on me for paying someone that isn't a Realtor?

Best Regards,
Kirk
