If you were in my shoes as a first time investor, what would you do?

@Vivek Kumar I ask for proof of liquidity, whether it’s a balance in the bank or a shoe box of cash.

Would love to hear your thoughts or strategies if you were in my shoes. 

In all seriousness, I will answer in the hopes that someone strolling through this post will not make a GRAVE mistake. 

.: @Marcus AuerbachThe thing I always think about when I look at the homes along the golf courses is how much I really don't want to know what goes on in them.I love strolling around barefoot in my backyard early morning with a cup of coffee before the sun burns off the dew.

No new clothes or shoes and learn to cook.

Food for thought, I can go on forever but this is the mindset I would have if I was in your shoes.

If I were in your shoes, I would be conservative as possible and go for the worst case scenario.

I wanted to see what would you all do if you were in my shoes?

I know people will spend more time picking a pair of shoes or an appliance than they will investing in a syndication or even buying a property.
