Even better, stockpile that cash flow and buy another one at that lower price. 

For most I think that will mean stockpiling a bit more reserve than they otherwise might have and being a bit slower and more cautious about acting.It's one thing to talk about your long-term approach.

My other 2020 goal was to stockpile cash for capital expenditures and to be able to take advantage if the market cooled off in 2021. 

Ideally, you will be living there for free while stockpiling cash for reserves and CapEx and be on your way.

Proof of this ignorance is the roar of people saying stockpile cash.... they just don't grasp how that cash is becoming more and more worthless day by day, leverage and assets is the answer but they are talking about awaiting some mirage of a 50% price reduction coming, again showing their ignorance of what an inflationary cycle does.
