Some people are scammers, some are disorganized, lazy or suffer from mental disorders where they get frozen and do nothing.

I think what I'll end up doing is move the cable that is going inside the house and putting it somewhere it is not an eye sore (it's eye level and not discreet).

@Brian Garlington I just reviewed a lease with the clause permitted reasons for eviction “such as non-payment of rent, breach of lease, damaging premises, drug or other illegal activity, disorderly conduct, rehabilitation of unit, landlord or relative occupancy.”In speaking with an agent he too was under the impression a buyer (landlord) could move into the unit they were purchasing, so I’m wondering if there were 4 owners could they all 4 move into a 4-plex and effectively require the tenants (on month to month leases) to move out?

@Cassandra Alessio fantastic advice there from @Benjamin O'Connor.You want to show them how another park in their town will benefit them because most are just thinking "Another eye-sore and tax burden?

The property went from an eye sore of the neighborhood to equaling the surrounding properties.

You’ll likely cashflow (barley) for the first 5 years then even for 5 then negative as maintenance spending arrives like the herpes sore that it is.

I don't see why you would go through the headaches of running it when you are better off having a property that will bring in proper cashflow and wont be a sore for you. 

I got him legitimately ESA verified through my doctor (no scam websites) because I have been diagnosed with multiple emotional disorders which he legitimately helps me with. 

Im sure it works but it is an eye sore and I think a waste of time to install/remove.

I just did an updated rent roll and she stands out like a sore thumb.
