If you were at the apt for 26 months then he has to pay you 2 months interest minus 1% per annum on the anniversary date of your lease.

I personally haven't seen him in the last couple of weeks.Not really a horror story, but just the everyday reality of dealing with low income tenants and their soap opera lives.Mike

I absolutely despise the ACLU and all the low life legal-aid lawyers in this country.Why in the world should the landlord be held responsible for damage caused by the soap opera lives of the tenants?

Good Friday Morning everyone…I’m Chuck Webster and just celebrated my 15 year anniversary with a major Insurance Company.

That score is then added to a running total that's kept through the year.By their third or 9-month inspection, we let them know that if they continue to maintain the high scores through their anniversary date (lease renewal time) they will get to pick an item from a list of gifts as an anniversary gift.

In WA, you can only make these changes on the anniversary dates of their leases unless it has been over a year and you have the separate page signed changing it to a month-to-month lease at the end of their first year.
