Missing the county designated ones (PG,MC,DC) or its just me?

I’m looking to invest in pg county md and Howard county md for flip.

One being not enough slots in circuit breaker and the other the main panel would need to be upgraded along with wiring to the subpanel to handle the heavier power.i like the point of service use you mentioned.

The largest price declines during the housing collapse were in PG County. 

Would like to start looking at some properties in Howard, PG and Anne Arundel county MD but not sure who to take w me - real estate agent, general contractor, perhaps even a home inspector?  

I just recently purchased a mobile home park which has 4 vacant slots that I plan to put trailers on.

But pretty much every HML will require PG's as well.. but if they have a mechanism to get the property back without a foreclosure then maybe they don't need it.. and frankly with the no money down borrower with limited capital the PG is kind of worthless anyway.. again just spit balling here.. but in mortgage states like OHIO were foreclosures take a long time..
