Parks with management teams who don't have good systems in place and skimp on maintenance end up with a worse clientele b/c the better ones will quickly move on.  

Don't skimp. 

Don't exaggerate the ARV and don't skimp o the cost of repairs.

The only appliance I typically will buy new (if I need to provide one) is a dishwasher, as they are fairly inexpensive and I don’t skimp out on any fixtures dealing with water.

People have already mentioned that you have a large amount of exposure for liability, so DO NOT SKIMP on this part.I also would write in special stips in the listing allowing the buyers to use any other inspection company they want and language that states each job is a separate thing (this is where a real estate lawyer will help you with that language).We have companies here in Georgia that own a real estate company and a mortgage company...or an inspection company.

When it comes to electrical you really don't want to skimp considering it can cause a fire and even death if done improper.

The floor went over a concrete slab so I didn't want to skimp on insulation.

Don't skimp on the front door and hardware, go with the style of the home, but I got a very nice door at an antique building materials place with knocker and had a guy refinish it in new casings, in this area that's usually an upper-end thing, especially on tudors, english or french...

Moral of the story, don't skimp on safety.

One advice I will have is don't skimp on Insurance.
