I’d simply ask in what situations where the broker and the brokers firm did nothing to facilitate the sale do you think you should get paid a commission?

So I'm very confused asking if there are any institutions that will take bitcoin as down payment (Which seems extravagantly easy because a bank or lender  could/would simply convert to USD) vs you stating that they take them as collateral, which seems like the more difficult task.

I'm not sure if they can realistically pass that liability off to you simply by stating it in their contract.

You can go the free route which does take some time, door-to-door, cold calling, and simply messaging buyers.
