When you have a LTR property, let’s say a single-family home or an apartment with a renter, you have them signed into a lease for a designated period, usually one year.

I am familiar with Dublin and Grove City, but would love to learn of other area.I would say a blend- Cash flow is key and ideally would like a property to appreciate to some degree.

And I'm not saying they don't appreciate - but relative to everything else (say a SFH in the same location) they will appreciate a lot less, if they do at all.

My question is if I created a note let's say a 90k note at 9.25% 20 years total on a SFR worth 110k preforming well for 12 months what could I sell that note for and how hard/easy would it be to sell?

You need more space and more safety than say, a regular single male would.

I know we are paying more than say a production national builder but our quality is so much better.. the folks that buy our homes are not looking for the best bang for the SQ ft price wise they are looking to have say in upgrades..
