Unfortunately, the end of 2024 has brought a string of financial challenges for my family, and I’m feeling the pressure.
Two weeks ago, I was laid off from my job....

I see google maps and bing maps both do not show any development in this area yet in satellite view.  

There are so many IRS restrictions and prohibited transactions within a Solo 401K that it makes it difficult to navigate.

And because it’s a logistics hub (FedEx HQ, major distribution centers, and growing industries), rental demand stays strong.I’ve been in Memphis my whole life and have spent over two decades helping investors navigate this market and build profitable rental portfolios here.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve seen these challenges in your market or have insights into how STR investors can navigate this potential shift.

If the agent you work with is not familiar make sure the lender is, so you have someone who can confidently navigate this path for you.

Its also the right sort of thing to do to try and help someone navigate a difficult time.

STRs are an option too, but you’ll need to navigate stricter regulations in some areas.
