What is their reputation with the IRS?

I just feel there are many residential GCs, who may be great builders, but are not fit to be running their own businesses, and this results in some horror stories and a bad reputation for the rest of us.

I am leaning towards Quality Arcades because it's smaller and has more games, but Dream Arcades seems more reputable.

Bank of America’s business credit cards seem better, but I’d need to hit their Preferred Rewards status to reduce fees, which might be challenging.Amex: I like Amex’s reputation and services, but their outgoing wire fees are higher, which is a downside given how many wires I send.My ideal solution would be a business account with minimal wire transfer fees (especially outgoing wires) and a solid business credit card option, preferably with no foreign transaction fees.What would you recommend for someone like me who does a lot of outgoing wires and occasional foreign transactions?

They have other nice benefits also such as not charging for appraisals if the deal doesn’t close, a great reputation amongst local listing agents with meeting deadlines/ great customer service/ getting the job done with no b.s. and they can often close in under 14 days. 

It shows how closing deals and building a solid reputation attracts off-market opportunities.

After all, square footage is about more than raw measurements; it’s about how seamlessly the space integrates into the home’s overall living enviroment.If you’re serious about making that office “count,” consider checking local guidelines or even chatting with a reputable appraiser in the Phoenix area..from what I’ve heard they’ve handled properties like this before.
