So regardless of "sentiment" towards out-of-state investors you may have received from your work colleague its incorrect. 

I personally just want the monthly/quarterly updates and the inbound wires received.

@Mike Beer I have been in Raisemasters for only a few weeks and I can tell you I have already received tremendous value.  

Sidenote: if borrower is paying P&I and investors receiving interest only it gets more challenging as you are receiving dribs and drabs of principal back every month which is impossible to deploy but you are still paying investor interest on it. yup drag on the fund will drag you down.

What I would like to know is if you own both HPRs if you could technically receive two permits.

I plan to pull a standard lease agreement from the Florida Supreme Court website and review it with her next week.I have received a new job opportunity where I will be making an extra 40k annually and must move out of my home quicker than I initially expected.

I've used to it myself to analyze all of the 35 units I bought over the last few years and personally talked to 100's of other investors who've analyzed and closed on great deals using it.I'd love for you to actually try it and would be happy to receive and incorporate any feedback you have into future releases.
