The planets aligned for us and the decision of multifamily investment was a nice piece in the puzzle at the perfect time.

This question has puzzled me for some time; oddly, I cannot find an answer. 

Could anyone fill me in on either what bit of the puzzle I'm not seeing, or if I just need to shop other lenders? 

I'd like to pay off my equity note right away, but it's not an urgent need, as long as buyer's payments cover my monthly nut ($250 equity loan, $300 taxes, $75 HOA).This seems like a puzzle to me - all the pieces are on the table, I just can't see how to fit them all together to complete the task.

Hi everyone, I am just getting stared in REI and I’m completely puzzled about how to acquire a buyers list.

The biggest issue I found is that contractors won't give you an accurate bid unless you tell them exactly what you want to do so the Scope of Work is the most important piece of the puzzle. 

It's a puzzle that should induce a coma, but I actually find the thought exercise of it all... stimulating.

find a good deal, get it under contract and figure the rest out step by step as needed. you said yourself that you have been thinking about this for a long time. if you are in the mindset that you have to have the complete puzzle solved before you mak your first move you'll be sitting on the sidelines forever.
