@Elizabeth, I will definitely check out your blog as it is right down my street (excuse the pun :-)).

As long as the seller gets the agreed-upon amount at closing and the closing is quick I'm sure they won't give a flip (pardon the pun) where the money comes from.

If you're trying to live off internet listings, the MLS or auctions, now you're competing head to head with bigger pockets (pun used).

There are many alternative fuel solutions coming down the pipeline now (pun intended :wink: ).

I like labs (the breed) and spend a lot of time in the lab ... and I can't resist a pun ... which is why I picked the "bird dog" avatar.kat

The trail of broken hearts and pocket books ( non pun intended on Big pockets) is long and tragic for those that get lined up with the wrong folks.

And  ask lots of questions, the community here is great and can be a good forum (pun intended) for brainstorming in between local meet ups.What areas are you trying to expand and improve in?

(pun intended) So I can feel how the different guns recoil, climb, and feel to decide what I like best.
