Am I getting greedy to ask for an additional seller credit at closing to help offset some of repairs needed?

Under federal law (ADA and FHA), true service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from pet fees, deposits, or rent, but the tenant must provide proper documentation if requested.

The longest terms our plans provide to pay back the money is 5 years and the payments get made automatically through payroll deduction.

The unobstructed water views for both front STR units can be challenging to determine additional value compared to other 3-unit properties without views.
