STR Property management is common and I know a lot of folks doing this.  

As a sole operator, you have all the policies and procedures in your head and can apply them to many properties without referring to a binder.

The turnkey company then manages the property for the investor owner until the property gets sold eventually.

Now if and when there is ever a problem at the property , they will give a friendly call
