You can use your platform as landlord to advertise the service, but other than that it's not related.

I have looked up the license of the business with the state and they are in good standing with only small violations in the past (fixed in a timely manner).

The only thing is that it's literally over a hundred years old, but I figure that if it's still standing, it must be well-built.

The competition is fierce, so simply rearranging photos, swapping some in and out tells the algorithm that you're an "active" host and you'll be more visible on the platforms.
