Btw- I have a 2016 home- 3bed, 2.5 bath, second living room upstairs, 2 car garage, large fenced-in yard, covered porch with patio furniture, and more-- so I think it is a pretty desirable listing!

Bait and put exterior traps outside,  the black plastic ones bait goes inside.Mice will crawl right up the side of a house, or drop onto house from tree limbs so make sure tree limbs are kept clear.

@David Friedman there are generally a few brokerages in each market that heavily deal in the restaurant space, it would likely be good to get on their radar, and to @Evan Polaski 's point, having your data/features on hand to "pitch" the site is likely a good call.Other items to note would be just to understand if the current configurations of the retail spaces could be reconfigured for a restaurant, things like grease traps, larger water lines, patio requirements may all be things they are looking for.

I also extended the kitchen / dining room in the bottom unit by about 200 square feet to provide a usable indoor space and replacing some of the covered outside patio.
