@Conrad Metzenberg,I think you're going to see values remain high and either trail off in some places as supply slowly increases, or possibly surge if lending is loosened and pent up demand is released.If any of the dire sooth being said about the dollar comes about, all bets are off.

Due to the decreasing level of low-rise inventory, it is reasonable to assume that some of the pent-up demand has shifted to the high-rise market in the form of new unit sales, resales, as well as increased demand in the rental segment.
