@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?

After speaking with other investors, realtors, and contractors here is what I came up with.I do not take responsibility for it, it's relevant for Pittsburgh PA only, and use it on your own risk and discretion.

I have a few rental properties in AZ and PA.

Nextier Bank out of Butler PA was our lender for the refinance.

Especially in eastern PA where competition and inventory can be tough.If you have 80K, spending 60-65 max should be your limit.

I know someone who ahd a loand written at 10% from years ago and now they said a state is requesting more info on the loan because it was above usury laws and they may have to cut a check back to that person.Let me guess, good old Pennsylvania?

I started looking at properties in the Lehigh Valley, PA but most of the house my REA showed me where over my budget so he reccomended me to another Agent from Reading, PA.

For us in NYC, this usually means Upstate NY and parts of Pennsylvania.
