Dont know the pricing in Mass but you may want to see how much it would be to do a tear down and go new 

@Brandon Martinez - To reiterate a lot of people's points, I am still finding cash flowing properties in Western Mass.

If you don't differentiate your property you will fall victim to the mass market, where you will be competing to be the cheapest on the block to get any bookings.

@Don KonipolWe look at everything on the market all at once through mass market analysis.

What I don't want is some mass exodus from the park as a result of rent increases and deposits.

Some are mass mailed with printed endicia and addresses. 

It is the masses who do not have a basic understanding of economics.  

The ones with critical mass - Orlando is always going to be an 800 lb gorilla.
